(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Civilian Bilal Samir Oweida, 20, died after being "shot in the chest by Israeli soldiers" east of Jabaliya, in northern Gaza, said Ashraf al-Qudra, a spokesman for the health ministry in Hamas givernment.
Another young man was moderately wounded in the same incident, he said.
